Glacier Park Collection

Explore the Crown of the Continent this Summer

There are so many things to do and so many places to see in and around Glacier and Waterton Lakes national parks. With five unique regions each full of amazing adventures and unique lodging opportunities in Montana and Alberta, here's what you need to know.

The charming mountain town of Whitefish, Montana offers modern accommodations, an abundance of activities and an endless array of shopping, dining and nightlife. If you prefer a more historic experience, East Glacier Waterton and West Glacier are great choices. These areas have iconic historic lodges built by the Great Northern Railroad—Glacier Park Lodge, the Prince of Wales Hotel and the Belton Chalet and Restaurant, which is the pinnacle of fine dining in the area.

St Mary Village is conveniently located on the eastern end of the spectacular and famous Going-to-the-Sun Road. There's something for everyone at this eclectic base camp, with a wide array of lodging options including the new Tiny Home Village. On the Western end of the road you'll find West Glacier Village—a ridiculously friendly and charming mountain village that has been greeting visitors to the park since 1910. Here you'll find an historic Mercantile, Campstore, multiple dining options, Mini Golf and the legendary Freda's Bar. With a collection of rental cabins, a motel and modern RV Park, this area draws both campers as well as day visitors.

Regardless of where you stay, your Glacier and Waterton Lakes vacation will be chocked to the brim with summertime memories. And with the help of our local experts, you can customize your vacation and make sure you get the most out of Glacier National Park.
