This historic course was built by the Great Northern Railway in 1928 and named "Oom-coo-ska-pes-che" or Big Green Blanket by Chief Earl Old Person. The Glacier Park Lodge Golf Course is the oldest grass greens golf course in Montana. All 9 holes are named after former chiefs of the Blackfeet Nation.
Come and enjoy the magnificent mountain views, undulating greens and wide fairways. Located on the grounds of Glacier Park Lodge, the course is open late May-September. Club and cart rentals are both available.
In addition to the 9-hole course, Glacier Park Lodge offers a pitch 'n putt golf course. The whole family will enjoy playing this fun par 27 course. This course was named "Ee-nah-coo-ska-pes-chee" by Chief Earl Old Person which means little green blanket.
Current rates are for the 2024 season only, 2025 rates are subject to change.
