This half-day trip begins at the West Glacier gate to Glacier National Park and ends in the village of West Glacier.
First, enjoy a scenic float through the glacially carved flats, winding along the southern edge of Glacier National Park. Then, enter a beautiful canyon with small rapids and deep pools in the clear waters. Keep an eye out for wildlife and westslope cutthroat trout swimming by as you and your guide navigate the class rapids. On warm days, many guests take the opportunity to take a refreshing dip in the river along the way.
End your trip with a delicious dinner prepared by your guide on the riverbank. Bison burgers, ribs, chicken and vegetarian options available by request.
